Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:
– Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
– Items not as described
– Unused items in original packaging
All return requests must be made within 14  days of receiving your order.

A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
– Explosive, flammable, and corrosive materials, as well as products with a defined shelf life (such as fiberglass resins, curing agents, and various chemical coatings)
  – Products that are either specifically requested by customers through the platform for sourcing or recommended by relevant professionals during the assistance process via the platform’s help center.
– Customized or made-to-order items
– Digital goods (e.g., software, eBooks)
– Gift cards or promotional vouchers

-If the product has been used or the original packaging has been opened

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at  labenghub@lab.co,th within the eligible period.
2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
3. Include photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Wait for return authorization before sending the item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Legal Notice (Thailand)

Under Thailand’s Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair if products are defective, damaged, or misrepresented.
Change-of-mind returns are not legally required but may be offered voluntarily by the seller.
